This comprehensive Erasmus+ Teacher Training course merges two key educational pillars: sustainability-focused entrepreneurship and inclusive digital education. Over five immersive days, educators will explore how to integrate eco-conscious business thinking with digital tools for fostering creativity, innovation, and inclusivity in classrooms. By combining sustainability principles with modern technology, participants will gain strategies to create future-ready learning environments that embrace diversity and responsible innovation.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
· Understand the role of sustainability and entrepreneurship in fostering creativity, innovation, and environmental consciousness.
· Apply design thinking to encourage problem-solving mindsets in students.
· Integrate sustainability and entrepreneurship education across different subjects.
· Develop lesson plans incorporating eco-friendly and innovative business solutions.
· Utilize digital tools like Canva, Wordwall, and Socrative to enhance inclusive and engaging learning.
· Foster entrepreneurial skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and communication.
· Develop strategies to reduce waste, energy, water, and paper consumption in classrooms.
· Address barriers to inclusion and create accessible and engaging learning environments.
· Guide and support student-led projects incorporating sustainability and digital inclusion.
Schedule
Day 1: Foundations of Sustainable and Inclusive Education
· Course overview and participant introductions.
· Understanding sustainability, entrepreneurship, and inclusivity in education.
· Ice-breaking activities and team-building exercises.
· The teacher’s role in fostering a culture of eco-conscious innovation and digital inclusivity.
Day 2: Teaching Sustainability & Inclusive Education through Digital Tools
· Strategies for integrating sustainability and entrepreneurship across subjects (arts, music, sciences, etc.).
· Exploring digital classrooms: Advantages and challenges of digital education.
· Introduction to key digital tools: Canva, Wordwall, and Socrative.
· Encouraging teamwork and collaborative learning in an inclusive environment.
Day 3: Creativity, Gamification & Green Practices
· Unleashing students’ potential through creative classroom activities.
· Gamification in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and inclusive education.
· Hands-on activity: Creating eco-friendly soap while discussing environmental impact.
· Exploring AI tools for promoting inclusive and sustainable learning experiences.
Day 4: Designing Sustainable & Inclusive Educational Projects
· Developing lesson plans that integrate sustainability and inclusive digital practices.
· Practical group work on innovative and sustainable classroom strategies.
· Utilizing Plotagon to create animated scenarios for inclusive storytelling.
· Strategies to reduce waste, water, and energy consumption in education.
Day 5: Reflection, Presentation & Course Closure
· Presentation of group and individual projects.
· Final reflections and feedback session.
· Goal-setting for implementing sustainability and inclusivity in participants’ schools.
· Certification of Attendance and EuroPass Mobility confirmation.
