Conflicts among the students can be preveted by the education given in the school. In the process of providing students with conflict resolution skills, the school curriculum, the teacher's discipline approach and the style of managing the process are important. Conflict resolution is important in the teaching process in terms of supporting classroom management, the course process and the social, emotional and academic development of students.
In this course, participants will have the opportunity to learn about conflict management and resolution skills and to apply methods and techniques with activities.
Mediation is a constructive conversation between people in conflict facilitated by a neutral third person, the Mediator. Mediation provides participants an opportunity to collaboratively design creative solutions to workplace conflict and repair professional relationships.
Objectives: Reduce obstacles to communication between participants. Address the needs of everyone involved. Maximize the discovery of alternatives.
