TRANSNATIONAL MEETING OF THE PROJECT PARTNER

Objectives of the activity
The final evaluation of the project by:
- Analysis of project results and their relevance for project objectives.
- Analysis of the structure of the Final Report of the project and the establishment of tasks for its drafting.
- Project quality assessment questionnaire.
Project objectives:
- To acquire knowledge, innovative non-formal approaches, and skills to create and use media resources as an intercultural and inclusive education strategy.
- To acquire strategies for using the national cultural elements, as a support for intercultural and inclusive education.
- To acquire training strategies for young people and key entrepreneurial skills in order to facilitate their integration into the European labor market.
- To create the premises for the development of the partner organizations, for an accentuated involvement in the education of the young people.
SUMMARY OF PROJECT RESULTS
- EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND GOOD PRACTICES: The learning activities (LTTAs) offered by the 3 partner institutions allowed an exchange of practices. Thus, they could benefit from the experiences of others, learn from their practices and thematic expertise (intercultural, inclusive, digital and entrepreneurial education). The exchange of ideas and good practices gave a European dimension to the knowledge, skills and resources acquired by youth workers.
- NEW EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCES ACQUIRED BY YOUTH WORKERS:
- new experiences and skills in the management of an Erasmus+ project, in initiating non-formal activities for disadvantaged and multicultural groups;
- they acquired knowledge regarding the 4 themes of the project;
- they learned how to integrate digital resources and media in their future non-formal activities;
- better knowledge and skills on the project themes: a better use of national cultural elements, as a support for intercultural and inclusive education;
- competences for exploiting the social, cultural and inclusive value of culture;
- new knowledge and motivations for the involvement in entrepreneurial education of young people and for their adaptation to crisis situation.
- new professional orientation skills for young people, through the examples acquired through the project: agrarian entrepreneurship, family entrepreneurship, agro-industrial entrepreneurship, online entrepreneurship, etc.
- they understood what entrepreneurship means for young people and their vision regarding business involvement in various fields.
- MOBILE APPLICATIONS: The IKIGAI application, an orientation test through which young people can test their inclinations towards a certain type of entrepreneurship. In this way, they take into account what they like to do, (What I love), the fields in which they have certain skills, (What I am good at), what they can get paid for (What I can get paid for) but also the needs of society (What the world needs).
- WEB AND MEDIA DOCUMENTS AS TOOLS FOR PROJECT PROMOTION AND RESULTS DISSEMINATION:
- the project Logo - created by the ISC institution - France;
- the Facebook Page of the project, created during LTTA 2, hosted by the partner institution in France;
- the Project Poster, created by the Edupurtus Association team.
- The digital and printed documents were used on all the work materials, those for implementation, promotion and dissemination of the results, along with the logo of the Erasmus+ program and the logos of the partner institutions. The logo can also be visible on the Beneficiary Module and on the project poster used during the learning activities organized by the partner institutions in their countries. Also, the Facebook Page of the project was created, which facilitates the promotion of the project and the dissemination of the results at the European level:

- PHOTOS AND VIDEOS: During the 5 learning activities ( LTTAs), 5 sets of photos and videos used as tools for disseminating the project results created.
- ACTIVITY REPORTS: 5 monitoring reports of the learning activities hosted by the partner institutions were created. These are valuable tools for the final evaluation of the project.
- BOOKS / GUIDES: Conception and editing of the TOOLKIT FOR YOUTH WORKERS guide, authors of the team of the ISC institution. The work is based on the four pillars of education:
- Learning to know;
- Learning to do;
- Learning to be;
- Learning to live together.
- NEW WORKING METHODOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES. Through the TOOLKIT FOR YOUTH WORKERS guide and through the implementation of the project, the youth workers participating in the learning mobilities acquired a collection of strategies and methods for working with young people, in the purpose/field:
- Developing the feeling of belonging to a multicultural group: creating the group, "team-building" and "ice-breaking" strategies and activities;
- In the field of entrepreneurial education, strategies and working methods for their professional orientation:
- going through 10 stages, from knowing the needs to defining the professional project.
- business examples for young people, using local natural resources.
- working techniques regarding online entrepreneurship.
- Theatre, tool for social inclusion of young people from multicultural groups. Tips for writing a play created by young people.
- In the field of intercultural education: types of activities using the elements of the local cultural heritage (monuments, castles, museums) as support, in which young people have the role of guides.
